In medicine we are taught to never say never. So certainly, we can say this is possible. However, this normal testing puts it to the far bottom of the list of possibilities. Discuss your concerns with your doc. Why you would mention a rare disease to begin with is confusing, but that is what you should discuss with your doc.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. There are commoner causes of bone pain than subclinical leukemia. It would be prudent to consult your doctor for an in-person evaluation. Wish you good health!
