Allegra (fexofenadine) vs Zyrtec : Allegra (fexofenadine) does not commonly cause or worsen anxiety. That said it can cause problems when taken in combination with other meds. It might be worth trying Zyrtec to see if there is any difference in your anxiety. Talk to your doctor about it and see what is the best option. Some common SE of Fexofenadine are: headache dizziness diarrhea vomiting pain in the arms, legs, or back.
