which is safer to use allegra (fexofenadine) or zyrtec? i have glaucoma and heart problems.

Both : Both should be the same. However ask your pharmacist who knows your medication history to tell you which you should use, if either.

If : If you have open-angle glaucoma, both medications are safe. You need to remember that zyrtec may be sedating while Allegra (fexofenadine) usually does not.

Yes: Yes, these doses of antihistamines are safe. But make sure you stay hydrated (drink lots of water throughout the day while on this dose).
