Unlikely: It's unlikely simply because of your age, but just by virtue of your anemia, let alone the discomfort and night sweats, you need a full physical exam including a pelvic exam. Truth be told, I'm concerned about tuberculosis, Hodgkin's, and/or endocarditis. Please get seen -- all are treatable but you need to get this figured out.

Unlikely: There are many causes which can be responsible for your abdominal pain (ache). You are too young to have ovarian cancer. Yet you need to undergo some further diagnostic work up by your physician to find out the cause of your Anemia and aches in the belly. I hope you do not have an ulcer in your stomach or some other serious condition which is causing your symptoms. How low is your Hemoglobin(Hb)?
