Normal: Migraines have both a vascular and a neuorological component to them. First comes the vascular part that affects the blood supply then the neurological part that affects the nerves. It is not uncommon for people to be sleepy or feel cotton headed after a migraine headache. It is a normal reaction to the migraine.
