Is it bad to lose a lot of weight unintentionally (not pregnant) and to be tired/sleepy all the time, with a really bad migraine?

YES: Excellent question! you need a thorough medical evaluation and work up.... For evaluation of unexplained weight loss - the most worrisome would be a type of cancer - but there are many many other less scary things that should be looked for - either way - not to be ignored - please get to your md asap.. Thanks! and good luck!

See a doctor: Yes, unexplained weight loss, lack of energy, and migraines are all bad, individually or together. See your physician for a thorough physical asap.
