Please stay well hydrated, and see urgent care. NSAIDs for pain are often effective. You may be dehydrated. Other cardiac conditions may be considered. Did you have an EKG or chest image as yet? Avoid migraine triggers, including stress.

Your pattern is atypical as the postdromal phase typically lasts about 24 hrs. Agree with advice to get examined, as a new co-morbidity may have emerged. Dehydration would be one likely explanation, but other issues need to be excluded. See your doctor and get this addressed.

You're exhibiting signs & symptoms of autonomic nervous system dysfunction which can be a primary disorder ( if you've been experiencing symptoms rather often )or be secondary to other disorders such as diabetes or other neurologic issues. Since you're experiencing potential cardiovascular problems you should be examined in the emergency room where prompt care& testing can be obtained first.
