Not enough oxygen: Time to take her to see her family doc or have him/her make a house call. Someone needs to measure her oxygen level (very easy to do w/fingertip sensor). Then family doc can prescribe oxygen, assuming it's too low. More importantly, we need to find out why your grandma's lips are blue (oxygen is low). Chest xray might be a good place to start along w/blood work. Good luck!
