This is interesting but you have provided no information that would allow a cause to be determined. Perhaps it is a bruise, or not. It likely needs to be examined to decide whether this is a problem or just a self healing bruise.

It could be a bruise or injury. When skin, lip, tongue turn blue , it is known as cyanosis. It means get enough oxygen is not reaching the area either because of low oxygen level or poor circulation. If the blue color is not from the food or local injury you should visit a doctor to find the cause. I hope it helps.
