See below: If active hep a, yes infection could occur as the virus is transmitted by oral/ fecal route. As for hep b and c, they are blood borne/sexually transmitted primarily and thus it would be less likely to transmit from grandma. However, for safety, wait until the blister is gone in your child before direct kisses.
