Do you mean: Goldenhar syndrome? There can be a lot of variability in the severity of the associated abnormalities but in general I'm not aware of any particular difficulties with fertility. I would consult with your Dr about what specifically about you makes him/ her think you could not have children. And of course for a big decision like that, a second opinion is useful.
