Can anxiety symptoms mimic myocardisis? has had 2 ekg....one said it suggested pedicardisis but 2nd one and doctors said no? suggestions?

Anxiety: Anxiety is very common and can cause many symptoms. Ecg changes mimicking pericarditis are also common. Having anxiety and a false positive ECG for pericarditis would not be rare.

I am a 24 year old female that just had an EKG that said normal sinus biatrial enlargement (what the machine said) see doctors notes for interpretation. But I dont see any notes. Do EKG machines ever diagnose wrong due to anxiety at time of EKG?
