Can anxiety symptoms mimic myocardisis? has had 2 ekg....one said it suggested pedicardisis but 2nd one and doctors said no? suggestions?

Anxiety: Anxiety is very common and can cause many symptoms. Ecg changes mimicking pericarditis are also common. Having anxiety and a false positive ECG for pericarditis would not be rare.
