Prolonged therapy: Bone TB especially when it involves the backbone takes a long time to get heal & requires prolonged treatment with anti-tb drugs for 18-24 months. Since you've had spine TB for more than a year now, please consult a TB specialist to assess if you could possibly have drug resistant TB as it would require treatment other than remactazid alone.
