Distinction difficlt: Brain tumors and their treatment can both cause nausea. If a person has a brain tumor, it will be impossible to know if another condition, even if present, is also contribution to nausea. At that point, the question should become how best to treat the nausea. An oncologist is experienced in managing nausea.
