A member asked:

Why would a brain tumor cause nausea?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Increased pressure: Nausea and vomiting are non-specific symptoms of something being wrong in the body, not just in the stomach. The nausea with brain tumor is likely to be due to increase in intracranial pressure. Increased pressure in the eye, acute glaucoma, is often associated with vomiting. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
