Is erythromycin good for ear infection? please advise!

Maybe: Erythromycin and related medications such as azithromycin are occasionally used for ear infections. If your doctor examined you and chose to prescribe this medication, there is probably a good reason. If effective, you should start to feel relief after 3 or 4 days.
