Probably: I would caution against taking expired medication, especially when dealing with infection. You do not wan to create bacterial resistance. Go see your dentist asap for a current prescription. People have died form tooth infections. Don't risk it.

Yes,but: Erythromycin is not a good antibiotic for dental infections. When an antibiotic expires, it has lost some potency. You really need to see your dentist about this infection.
