Uti Macrobid 10 days. No help. Now kidney infection 500 mg cipro (ciprofloxacin) 2xday. Been 4 days still symptomatic. 3 days left on meds. Dr didn't culture urine.
I have both Cipro and Macrobid from previous infections. I took a Cipro about an hour ago. I am having bad back pain leading me to believe it's a Kidney infection. Do not have current medical insurance to see a doctor. Am I taking the right approach?

Just treated for bacterial orchitis (testicle infection) took cipro, (ciprofloxacin)macrobid, doxycline, full courses. Testicle is still moderately hard/ bulges out.
