Reversal & by needle: Vasectomy reversal is standard way to obtain sperm for insemination. However U can obtain sperm by needle aspiration from epididymis for in vitro insemination. Or directly from testis by `needle or at surgery for ICSI (intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection) at a specialized fertility center.
