A 18-year-old female asked:

After a man has a vasectomy, is it possible that he may still have children if the docs went in & extracted his sperm from the inside?

Yes: Techniques such as percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration can be performed following vasectomy to retrieve sperm for in vitro fertilization in most cases. It is very expensive and does not always work. Is also sometimes possible to reverse the vasa ectomy. This also is very expensive and none of this is covered by insurance.
