Here are some ...: The reported scenario after vasectomy reversal is not uncommon. Not seeing no sperm in post-reversal semen exam indicates surgical failure. There has been no known drug or way available to "dissolve and disappear" the scar after surgery. The next option for male infertility is redo-vasectomy reversal by more experienced microscopic surgeon before IVF-ICSI, which is time-/money-consuming. Adoption?
