Depends: If it gradually returns to normal afterward, it was likely normal (you state your age is 32 - predicted estimated peak HR for your age is 192 but 200 is reasonable). If it stays at 200 after exercise, then suddenly falls (for instance to 110), it was an abnormal rhythm.
