Cardiac evaluation: Chest pain during exercise can be a sign that your heart is not getting enough blood during exercise. You should see a physician to be evaluated for possibly coronary artery disease. This most likely will involve a stress test, sonogram of your heart, and possibly a cardiac monitor in order to evaluate the elevated heart rates right when they occur.
