Not really: Your ratios are too high in carbs and fats and not enough protein in your diet. Where are you allowing for your calories from vegetables? You must also consider things like vitamins, minerals. I suggest a sit down with a dietician to clarify what you are aiming for, but 80% of your food should not be carbs and fats.
