Chlorella B12: Chlorella is a type of freshwater seaweed (green algae). It contains protein, iron, vitamins B and C, and other antioxidants It has been used to treat or prevent Low Vitamin B 12. There has not been enough clinical research to document its effectiveness to treat Vitamin B 12 deficiency.
