Probably not: The only people who need B12 supplements are the rare people with pernicious anemia, who can't absorb B12 in food, or people with very unusual and restrictive diets. There's no harm in taking 500-1000 mg of vitamin c each day, but not much evidence that it helps. Men should almost never take iron. Women who are menstruating can benefit from it to prevent anemia.
