B12 Eyes: B12 deficiency is associated with an anemia, neuropathies, and non-specific neurological affects such as fatigue, depression, and psychosis. The deficiency is not associated with eye problems per se.

Yes: It can, but it has to be pretty severe over a long period of time and people would usually present with double vision. Most people would notice the fatigue and tiredness first, along with a red tongue and mood swings prior to getting double vision.
