Yes: I think you are asking that if you stop exercising, will your muscles reduce in size, and the answer is that yes, it is certainly possible that if you have been exercising regularly and have noticed increased muscle mass, then conversely, if you stop exercising, you will eventually have loss of your muscle mass.
