TMJ: The only way to answer your question about the health of your TMJ is by seeing a dentist that treats TMJ. Do you have pain? What are your symptoms? Many people have clicking joints.

Yes, you do have TMJ: Temporo-mandibular disorder is the second most frequent cause of orofacial pain after dental pain. Proper diagnosis is the key to the successful treatment. See an orofacial pain practitioner for a consultation and management. TMJ disorder is covered under medical insurance and not dental. Take care.

Yes and no: Jaw joint clicking usually means the disk is our of position. So technically you have a TMj disorder but a minor one since there are no other symptoms. Ask an oral & maxillofacial surgeon for advice.
