Left jaw pain in joint area with headache and slight sinus pain on same side.. is this tmj? also hear a click sound on that side too. what to do?

Sounds like TMJ syndrome with masticator muscle spasm. Suggest you see your ENT doctor for examination. Warm compresses over the joint, eating softer foods and a bite plate may help if you are grinding your teeth.

The symptoms you describe are definitely a TMJ disorder. Seek a TMJ specialist and place warm to hot compresses over area. Don't bite on hard foods, to keep the pressure off of the joint.
