A member asked:

What happens if i was put to sleep for my first csection will i need to be put to sleep again?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Circumstances: Usually c/sections are performed under regional analgesia, which is epidural or spinal analgesia. If there were extraordinary circumstances that required intubation during a c/section, intubation during a subsequent c/section will only be required, if circumstances are the same (for example, problems with the spine that preclude regional analgesia).
