How do I tell between breast cancer and cysts in the breast?
I've had a lump in my breast since I was 28 and was told by the gyno that it was a cyst. No testing was done. I'm now 33 and it is still there and mom was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. Should I get it checked further?
My mom had a breast needle biopsy. They called to tell say the cyst is very small but needs to be removed. Im so worried. She has an appointment with a breast surgeon but considering cyst is very small could that lessen cancer spread or outcome?
