Hello, I have had diarrhea for about 3 days now. I have taken all the Imodium the package allows me to take, but am still have to "go" three or four times a day. No fever, or upset stomach, but feel very tired and lethargic. 3rd day of diarrhea?

39yr female. Explosive diarrhea 5 days 5-10x a day with continuing stomachache and headache. Current scripts: metformin, spironolactone, famotadine. Also started cycle 2.5 weeks early. Not normal for me. Dr says take Imodium. Should I be concerned?
Took cefdinir 14 days and clindamycin only 3 days. Done with all now. Began having diarrhea several times tonight. No blood in it. Can I safely take Imodium? Probiotic better idea? Been off of cefdinir 3 days now?
