Hello. : Hello. If you have a baseline of good health, i don't see a need for an emergency room visit at this time. What is most important is that you try to remain hydrated. That can be challenging when you are losing fluid from both ends. Try sipping water. Since your GI tract is very irritated, consider only clear liquids initially. No orange juice, no tomatoe juice, no coffee, no dark sodas. If in spite of your best attempts you have signs of dehydration like getting dizzy when getting up, rapid resting pulse, significant increase in pulse rate when getting up, then this would be a reason to go to an acute care clinic or possibly an er to determine if you need intravenous hydration. Severe abdominal pain would also be a reason to seek urgent help.
