Monitor: with serial cervical lengths, most likely you will do well from this standpoint, if your previous obstetric history does not include preterm birth/s and you have not had previous cervical procedures such as LEEP. Your OB will instruct you with precautions to look for signs of preterm labor. Relax, do not stress about this, hydrate, lay on the left side to rest as possible.
