Anomaly: A bicornuate uterus has an endometrial cavity that is split into 2 sections. The division can be small or can result in two separate cavities.

Another middle wall: The uterus has a cervix which is located at the birth canal end and a body, but in this case it is like a room where there is another wall in the middle of the the room and separates the middle of a uterus as it is stretching from the cervix to the top of the uterus basically separating it in half to the top of the room. Thus there are two small sides and it may lead to a pregnancy problems
