Many treatments: Usual cause of primary liver tumor, hepatoma is cirrhosis especially resulting from Hep C. If she has that she should get the new antihepC meds. If the lesion is under 5 cm. and solitary, it can be treated by microwave ablation Otherwise intra arterial hepatic artery delivery of Yt radiolabelled microspheres delivered into the liver artery can help. If lesion solitary. resection can be tried.
