I have a ball about the size of a newtons cradle ball on my right testicle, no pain and normal urination, it is firm and no movement from its connection to the testicle, i get scared coz dad has liver cancer and mum has thyroid cancer, no cancer i h?

I believe this is not a malignant mass. What you are describing sound like a mass in the epididymis. This most likely is a cyst, but you need a thorough exam and probably a testicular scan and ultrasound. I would suggest that you follow up with you PCP or a urologist.
