What happens if someone is colorblind to red colors, can they see red lasers?

Probably: If you have full red/green color blindness then red laser light would appear to you the same way the red light at a stop light would appear. Even if you can't see the red in the light the energy of the beam can still cause retinal damage so don't stare at the laser source.
