What happens if you have an mri scan for headaches and it reveals nothing, could a cat scan reveal something?

It is possible,: but unless an acute intracranial bleed is a clinical consideration, very unlikely that a Head CT scan would add much value. CT of the sinuses may be helpful if sinusitis is a possibility.
