Nodes: Need to have complete blood work and an ultrasound to check the nodes. Usually benign but always good to check

Lymphadenitis: Many cause for enlarged nodes,infections,the purpose of lymph nodes is to trap germs,they are doing their work,but other causes should be looked at,blood tests,Ct scan of neck,and depending on,clinical findings,biopsy,either fine needle biopsy or open ,biopsy,but you need to a specialist,ENT,would ne a starting point.once a diagnosis is made appropriate treatment can be started,
