Would i be able to feel the post auricular lymph nodes if they werent enlarged? both sides like rocks but no pain. just achey area around and stiff neck when moving side to side. appointment with doctor in ten days hoping they go down by then?

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
