See a podiatrist: I recommend you see a podiatrist for evaluation. It normally should take about 3 months for the pain of sprain to resolve completely. If it hasn't resolved at 4 months there may be something that has not healed correctly. There are many great podiatrists in the DFW area. I am located in McKinney and would be happy to help you.
