What happens if i have a hydrocele in my testis how do i determine if i should have it removed?

Depends: Hydroceles can become very large and even painful/problematic. If it is just a small hydrocele, you could safely watch it for a while. Infrequently it can interfere with fertility. If it is large and bothersome, I'd have it removed.
