Hydrocelectomy: This is a relatively minor scrotal surgical procedure, best performed under general anesthesia. Hydrocele will not go away by itself or with medication. Needle aspiration of fluid also does not work as the fluid will reaccumulate + risk of causing a scrotal infection.
