A member asked:

What happens if my vitamin b12 levels are above normal, is that ok?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nothing: Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin and is easily excreted. It is nearly impossible to achieve toxic levels even with extreme levels of intake. Deficiencies are much more clinically relevant.
