Yes: The size fof the red blood cell is related to the vit b levels. If you are low, you need a work up to find out the cause which may include a problem with your small intestine not absorbing. You may be a vegetarian or had surgery removing the part that absorbs vit b. If you are low on B12 you should also check your folate (folic acid). Remember that alcohol and stress can cause low vit b as well.
