Left Side Head Pain: Where in the left side of your head are you noticing these intermittent symptoms? Do you take blood pressure medicines? Any family history of stroke or other brain disorders? Any involvement with your vision? Dizziness? Vertigo? Could be dealing with migraines vs occipital neuralgia (greater & lesser nerves run from base of skull near ear to the top of the head. Pair on both sides of the head.)
