I recently had a head injury in right side, two day later my right eye started to swell. i have taken anti inflammatory meds, how long will the swelling last?

Dangerous: This is not a normal circumstance, for swelling to suddenly appear 2 days post-trauma. Please seek evaluation.

Cellulitis Hematoma?: The sudden swelling on the same side of a head injury is worrisome, especially if you have loss of vision, double vision, redness or a discharge. If you had a fracture or a very violent injury a retrobulbar hematoma is possible, but unlikely in the absence of pain. An infection is most likely and would have a discharge. Try to use warm compresses in case this is a stye, and monitor your eyesight.
