Yes: This would depend on your goals and your initial fitness level, and how vigorously you are using the treadmill. Government guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity. However, the truth is that with so many of us not exercising, we would applaud your 15 min a day, and encourage you to build on that over time.
